Description
This includes 28 ocean-themed task cards and focuses on ending letter sounds. Students will look at the letter, say the sound, and choose the picture that ends with the same sound as the letter. Most pictures are of CVC words; however, a few are not. Some are CVCe or CVVC. This will not affect the ending sound, since this is a sound activity, not a spelling activity. All end sounds for the correct answer are consonants. Each consonant used was repeated at least twice with different pictures for more practice opportunities. These cards are aligned to the following common core standards RF.K.1, RF.K.1D, RF.K.2, RF.K.3A
