Using A Balance Scale to Compare Weight

Description: Students will read or listen to a sentence comparing the weight of two objects. They will drag the objects to the balance scale to match the sentence. The vocabulary that is used is "lighter than" or "heavier than". To support our young learners, the first card contains audio and visual instructions for how to play. All audio is set to play automatically and can be repeated by pressing the speaker icon on each card. The deck is set to play the instruction card and then all 17 task cards in a random order.
