Description: This is a 23-card scavenger hunt that can be used to review or teach students about the early American culture of the Anasazi (the Cliff Dwellers). In this hunt students will learn where the Anasazi lived, why they are called Cliff Dwellers, what they excelled at doing, and more. To complete the hunt, students are presented with 11 multiple-choice questions. Then they read the information that will help them answer the questions. If they choose the correct answer, they are directed to the next question. If their answer is incorrect, they can reread the text to find the correct answer. They receive instant feedback on whether or not they chose the correct answer. The final card in the deck challenges students to write 3 interesting things they learned about the Anasazi.
