Description
Students use this deck to identify what type of weather they would wear different articles of clothing in. Students can click on the audio button to hear each question read aloud (i.e., "When do you wear...?") before choosing their answer from a field of two possible answers. Rebus support is provided for use with emergent readers. Weather icons represent the following types of weather: snowy, stormy, rainy, partly cloudy, cloudy & sunny. Clothes included in this deck: raincoat, umbrella, rain boots, snow boots, scarf, mittens, shorts, winter hats, heavy coat, snow pants, sweater, bathing suit, t-shirt, skirt, dress, baseball hat, light jacket, sunglasses, sandals & pants. This deck supports the following skills: emergent reading, understanding basic weather, audio and visual processing, vocabulary (clothing & weather) and answering simple "when" questions.
