This deck ACCOMPANIES the BOOK "Shu Shu's Secret", author Caroline J Clarke Connelly ©2018 (Book not included). Although the vocabulary is theme related, book is NOT required for the completion of this activity. An e-Book Audio version of the book is available in my BOOM store & other versions at Lulu.com, Amazon, &/or BarnesandNoble.com. This deck's main goal is IDENTIFYING "book theme" related pictured vocabulary. Audio directions autoplay on each card, however, they can be muted at the discretion of SLP/TEACHER. What students will SEE, HEAR, and DO per card: ---Each card contains 3 pictured vocabulary targets ---Students will HEAR each directive i.e. FIND THE ____, & also SEE the written text of the directive per card ---Student then click the correct picture Ideas for expanding beyond the main goal focus: You can also use the picture stimuli per card, to provide opportunities to model and/or develop other goals. Here are examples of other goals that could be developed per deck card, using the picture stimuli & solely at the discretion of the SLP/Teacher): ---Identifying and/or expressive labeling of pictures when given a category, function, or attribute i.e. Find or name something that you can... (FUNCTION) ---Find or name all the clothing i.e (CATEGORY) ---Show or name something with legs...eyes...fur etc. i.e. (ATTRIBUTE) --- Name everything that has eyes...legs...red, large etc i.e. (ATTRIBUTE)
