These 36 task cards have a Thanksgiving theme and cover 3 digit multiplication. These cards are differentiated. Cards 1-12 have an orange background and are the easiest. These are 3 digit by 1 digit multiplication. Cards 13-24 have a yellow background and are a little more difficult. These are 3 digit by 2 digit multiplication. Cards 25-36 have a green background and are the most challenging. These are 3 digit by 2 digit and 3 digit by 3 digit multiplication. Answers are fill in the blank and students are asked to type the correct answer. I suggest having students work out the problems on a separate sheet. These cards are aligned to the common core 4.NBT.B5 and 5.NBT.B5.
