Description
With this activity, children will enjoy uncovering a mystery picture as they practice reading words spelled with mixed r-controlled vowels: /ar/, /er/, /ir/, /or/, and /ur/. An audio clip on each card directs students to click on a specific word. If they are correct, part of the picture is revealed. What is the picture? Students will love trying to solve the mystery before the picture is completely uncovered! This set includes mixed practice with 20 words with AR, ER, IR, OR, and UR spelling patterns.
