Description: *** NOTE:There are TWO versions of this same deck in my store. This one has larger drop zones to make it easier for students using an iPad/ tablet to drag and drop the pointer. The content within each deck is identical.*** Students will practice identifying titles, subtitles, headings, and subheadings in this deck. - Students will see an excerpt from an informational text. - They will drag a pointer to the line with the identified feature (title, subtitle, heading, or subheading) - Finally, they will click "submit." Definitions of: text features, title, subtitle, heading, and subheadings included with AUDIO AUDIO included on the definitions card and for all directions. The text excerpts themselves do not include audio. Text excerpts are written at approximately a 2nd/ 3rd grade level and include the following topics (note, students do not need to read the text excerpts to complete this deck): amphibians/ frogs human body space RI.1.5 Know and use various text features (e.g., headings, tables of contents, glossaries, electronic menus, icons) to locate key facts or information in a text.
