This deck was created to help 1st and/or 2nd grade students practice skills typing on a keyboard at the beginning of the school year. Students can build keyboard layout familiarity by typing words and sentences related to School supplies, subjects, and more. Includes fun, colorful illustrations for each school-themed word/sentence. Use this resource to review/teach letter location on the keyboard, shift key for capital letters, space bar, period key, and exclamation point! 29-card deck: - 1 title/name card - 12 word typing cards - 16 sentence typing cards **Deck is designed to be self-grading. Answers will not be marked as correct unless the student types the word or sentence EXACTLY as it appears displayed above the typing box. (Including capital letters, spaces, and punctuation.) **When assigning to your students, feel free to select the specific cards with the words/sentences you want them to practice and HIDE the ones you don't want to use. **Compatible with computer and tablet keyboards
