Learning Lab: Use the Dryer & Dry Clothes Safely supports high school special education, life skills, functional academics, and transition instruction with age-respectful illustrations and short, clear language. Students practice checking care labels, choosing air drying when needed, cleaning the lint screen, avoiding overloaded drums, selecting appropriate settings with support, waiting for the dryer to stop, and putting dry laundry in a basket. Includes 55 image-supported cards: 5 instructional cards, 25 choose-the-correct-image questions, 15 multiple-choice questions, and 10 true/false questions. Picture choices make up exactly half of the 50 practice questions. Native Boom answer controls provide immediate correct/incorrect feedback and randomized answer positions. Useful for adapted daily living lessons, individual teaching, small-group practice, and supported home routines. Students can respond by selecting an answer without speaking; provide reading, communication, and motor supports based on individual needs. Follow actual clothing labels and the dryer manual.
