On each telling-time card, students press the headphones to hear the time, type the correct time in the box, press submit. If students type the correct answer they move on to the next card. If the answer is not correct, they hear a 'whoops' sound, what they have typed will be highlighted, and they can delete everything or select only the letters they want to change. Each time they play the telling-time quiz, the card order randomizes, meaning they can play more than once. Students playing at the same time will usually get a different order of cards, therefore reducing the temptation to copy.
