Grades: 2,3,4

Description: ***Ce jeu est en français.*** Help your students name, recognize the matching nets and identify how many faces, edges and vertices are on 11 of the more common 3D shapes. (cube, cone, cylinder, triangular pyramid, square based pyramid, triangular prism, rectangular prism, pentagonal prism, hexagonal prism, heptagonal prism, octagonal prism) This deck consists of 45 cards (44 digital task cards + 1 reference card) As you may know, there are debates in the math community about "faces" and "edges". In this deck, I am working with these definitions: 1. A "face" (une face) is a flat surface on a solid object (not curved) 2. An "edge" (un arĂȘte) is a straight line segment between two faces (not a curved line). 3. A vertex (un sommet) is a corner or a peak.
