Description: Deck 1: This deck targets students' inferencing skills. They are presented with a brief reading passage (approximately 3 sentences) and are asked an inferencing question. They choose a response within a field of three. Deck 2: This deck targets a student's ability to inferencing, predicting, and reading comprehension skills. Student reads a short passage and answers an inferencing/prediction questions. The format is multiple choice. Deck 3: This deck targets a student's reading comprehension skills. Student is provided with a short story. Student is then prompted to identify the characters, setting, problem, and solution.
