Description: These file folder games are a nice substitute for real-life folder games, and may even be helpful in person to avoid having to disinfect picture cues. Match picture-to-picture, word-to-picture and word. You can stack the "cards" and go through them one by one, or let children explore and talk about the ones that interest them. Use the emphasis tools (an arrow and a blue card with a window) to help focus visual attention during distance learning. Some students don't follow the small white cursor well, but they may follow a big yellow arrow. 24 categories! This bundle starts off with basic nouns file folder game set #1 (professions, animals, appliances, animals, clothing, vehicles). Set #2 contains more nouns (insects, instruments, pets, body parts, toys, places). Set #3 contains more nouns and play-scenes (water animals, furniture, hygiene items, natural objects, tools, drinks). There is also a preschool basic concept file folder game 7-pack (colors, numbers, a-m letters, n-z letters, shapes, emotions, school supplies). All games in the preschool pack involve image matches, but the colors/shapes/school supplies also include a written word cue. The emotions cards are not labeled with a written cue because context determines what the emotion actually is. These decks are meant to be used as a tool by a speech-language pathologist or a trained parent. Any new file folder activities that I create will be added to this bundle.
