Description: Signing initials is an important life and job skill for teenagers and young adults who are learning how to fill out forms, job applications, and other documents. Many special education students may have difficulty identifying their own initials. Teach students what initials are by having them practice this skill with a variety of names, with either two or three initials. Each level has unique names, for a total of 60 unique cards. Each level has 10 cards with 2 initials and 10 cards with 3 initials. Have students progress through the levels as they learn and master the concept. Students also will identify THEIR OWN initials at the end of each deck! level 1 = errorless learning (type the initials over the prompt) level 2 = first letter of each name is in bold to help prompt students to find the initials level 3 = no prompts given, students look at the name and then identify the initials
