Description: This is a bundle of my decodable books with CVC words. These are for very beginning readers who are decoding CVC words and are ready to practice reading in context. There are 10 decodable books, each with 8-10 pages. Each book has the same layout: Student reads the book independently, using decoding strategies. After reading independently, the book repeats, but this time with an audio option. That way, students can click the audio to hear it being read to read along and make sure they read it correctly. After that, there are 4 comprehension questions (each on its own slide), 4 "fill in the blank" slides, then one slide with a CVC word sort using three word families from the book. There are also a few slides at the very end that review the “sight words”.
