Description: These 14 digital holiday passages perfect for reading comprehension practice and assessment. One nonfiction OR fiction passage is included on the first card for each deck. Cards 2 – 11 each feature a comprehension question. There are a total of ten multiple choice comprehension questions for each deck. Each question appears with the reading passage, so students can refer back if needed. Two reading strategy slides are also included for each reading comprehension passage. The strategy slides are followed by a practice card which uses an interactive drag and drop method to assess students. Strategy cards can include cause and effect, context clues, main idea, summary, sequence, text structures, and evidence from the text.
