With plenty of vocabulary practice, a story similar to the five little pumpkins, and a graded comprehension test you and your students get a sweet treat this year! What's Included: 1. STORY, Five Little Jack-o'-Lanterns all in Costumes 2. KEY TERMS 3. ORDINAL NUMBERS and WORDS 4. CHARACTERS 5. COMPREHENSION TEST How I use this bundle: 1.I read the story to the students. 2. I play a supporting game with them. (The games are played on different days. You choose the order that is best for you and your students, please. I have changed the order to adjust to students as needed. The grade level and the level of English are usually the two main factors.) 3. I let them play by the supporting game themselves, and they also have access to read the story by themselves too! 4. We reread the story together this time; the students read with me. Next time, we read together and I read alone again while stopping to discuss the story with the students. Finally, the students will be asked to read with partners and/or on their own. 5. Steps two, three, and four are repeated until all the games are played and the student feel comfortable with the plot of the story, the rhythm, and understand the story. 6.
