Beneath the question, students are presented with an image of a child in a winter scene. In the deck titled "Expanding Utterances Winter | Pronoun + Adjective": Students must complete the "He/she is......" sentence strip at the bottom of the card by dragging the correct pronoun & adjective into the sentence strip. Students are given 2 pronouns & 2 adjectives to choose from. In the deck titled "Expanding Utterances Winter | Identifying Adjectives": Students must complete the "He/she is......" sentence strip at the bottom of the card by dragging the correct adjective into the sentence strip.
