Description: As special educators, our job is to pinpoint the specific skills our students have mastered and those they still struggle with. This Survey Level Assessment does just that and more. With this digital tool, you will be able to assess students on 17 different kindergarten skills, 17 different 1st grade skills and 12 2nd grade skills to , identify strengths and weaknesses for the Present Levels of Performance section of the IEP and write specific, measurable goals. Once you have your goals, you will be able to easily reassign the lesson(s) that correlates with their goals for easy progress monitoring. These activities are not meant to replace direct instruction, but to give students a chance to practice their goal areas in a consistent way that you need for data collection.
