Description: Stocking the Shelves: This activity is a sorting activity where students need to find which items belong on the shelf. This activity is designed for older students who are in transition programs or vocational programs. This sorting game looks like a grocery store. Students pretend they are working in the grocery store and are tasked with restocking the shelves. Students have to drag all the items from the cart to the shelf that belong. Each grocery store "aisle" has an explanation of what it is so the students know what to look for. The entire deck is narrated.
