Description: This BIG bundle contains 5 decks! Each deck has between 17 - 19 cards! All with vibrantly colored, engaging clipart! These randomized decks include cards focusing on CVC words (consonant-vowel-consonant). Students look at the picture and sound out the word, dragging the first letter of the word into place to “build” the word on the card. Each card has an accompanying recording for AUDIO support (INDEPENDENT use for little learners!) This deck is SELF CORRECTING. If a student picks the wrong answer, they will see that and be prompted to try again. Targeted skills: - ELA Literacy - Know and apply grade-level phonics and word analysis skills in decoding words. - ELA Literacy - Demonstrate basic knowledge of one-to-one letter-sound correspondences by producing the primary sound or many of the most frequent sounds for each consonant. - ELA Literacy - Associate the short sounds with the common spellings (graphemes) for the five major vowels. - ELA Literacy - Distinguish between similarly spelled words by identifying the sounds of the letters that differ.
