Description: Looking for a fun way to work on categories and describing? This Boom Deck bundle works on categorizing pictures by clicking on the pictures that belong to the category being described. There are 10-12 different pictures for students to guess with 3 to 5 clues for each picture. Once they select all the pictures pertaining to that clue, they go to the next card where the remaining pictures are until they finally guess the picture! The card starts with 15 clip art pictures and a clue. Students need to select the pictures that pertain to the clue until there is only one picture left. You can also make the activity last longer by having students describe the various pictures or discuss other similarities the remaining pictures have. This can be used in speech therapy with young students, although some questions may be harder for preschool students to answer. You can provide additional clues or different clues if completing this with younger students.
