Description: Use rhythm skills to unearth dinosaur fossils in these puzzle games. Students add the value of the notes and rests on each card, then choose their answer to reveal another piece of the puzzle. When the puzzle is successfully completed the student can choose from three dinosaur eggs to unlock a dinosaur riddle. If they want to collect all three riddles they will need to play the deck three times! These decks play in sequential order, to reveal each puzzle piece by piece. There are different dinosaur jokes to discover in each deck. Note values in this bundle span whole note, dotted half note, half note, quarter note, groups of two and four eighth notes, sixteenth notes, and a variety of eighths and sixteenths combined. Rest values include eighth, quarter, half, and whole rests. Audio instructions are provided for each card, and play automatically for the first two cards. Alt-text is provided for sound, but not for individual notes/rests in the rhythm images. Tab navigation is available. Ideal for beginner to late elementary or early intermediate levels.
