Description: SETS 1, 2, 3, and 4 - These 4 decks each have a title card (card 1) and 3 teaching cards (cards 2 - 4). The teaching cards introduce students to 16 or 18 test prep vocabulary words often found on standardized tests (analyze, apply, classify, etc.) AND their definitions. Then on cards 5 - 20 or 22 students match each word with its definition. Students click on the correct definition for each vocabulary word from 3 options for each word. It is important that students understand these very important words BEFORE testing situations. These Academic Vocabulary words/terms are NOT used frequently in oral speaking situations BUT are VERY much used in Standardized Testing, Students are often confused by the questions. They are often not sure what the question is asking them to do. Learning these words will help students understand the questions and then they will be able to demonstrate their knowledge.
