In In the 35-card reptiles scavenger hunt students will learn what continents are homes to reptiles, how long a chameleon's tongue is, how many different kinds of snakes there are in the world, and more. Then, in the 38-card amphibians hunt students will learn ways to tell an amphibian from a reptile, how amphibians protect themselves from predators, why so many amphibians are endangered, and more. To complete the hunts, students are presented with 16-18 questions and some multiple-choice answers. Then they read a passage to help them find the answers. If they choose the correct answer, they are directed to the next question. If their answer is incorrect, they can reread the text to find the correct answer. They receive instant feedback on whether or not they chose the correct answer. The final card in the deck challenges students to write 3 interesting things they learned about the reptiles or amphibians.
