About me: <p>My name is Samantha, and I'm a Florida-based pediatric speech-language pathologist. I worked in the public school system before making the switch to a children's outpatient facility, and I absolutely love it! My current caseload is primarily children with dyslexia, language-based reading disorders, and spelling disorders, but I also work with children with phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, and with Autistic children. I teach pragmatic language in a social skills group for teenagers, too. I get a little bit of everything around here!</p> <p>Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our nearly three year-old daughter, Claire. Favorite things: afternoon thunderstorms, chick-lit books, spending time outside, making lists, creating new meals, dinner dates with my husband, and adventures with Claire (lately, we've been loving going to Disney World as a family).
