All of my creations utilize evidence-based teaching practices, including skill acquisition, shaping, prompting, reinforcement, behavioral learning, behavior reduction, and more. </p> <p>I'm a BCBA and elementary education teacher with special education training and experience providing behavioral therapy and educational services to individuals ages 3-18 in schools, homes, and clinics in the Bay Area. My passions involve using my background in Elementary Education and expertise in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism to help learner’s develop healthy relationships, high self-esteem, and self-advocacy, communication, and emotional regulation skills. I utilize evidence-based teaching methods based on individual's preferences and strengths and would love to help you create personalized material for your student(s)! Prior to starting my own practice, I worked as a BCBA, Special Education Teacher, and then as the Clinical Director/BCBA, for a non-public school serving students in need of intensive behavioral support and individualized educational programs. My particular expertise includes teaching self-management, executive functioning skills, functional communication, social/emotional skills, and providing support to families and educators as they strive to create an uplifting environment for their kids.</p>
