About me: <blockquote> Hi there! I’m Deedee Wills. I’ve taught in K–2 classrooms over the years, but kindergarten has always had my heart. There’s just something special about those first big school moments—learning letters, building confidence, and watching it all start to click. I also spent several years serving as an instructional coach in my district, supporting teachers as they strengthened their literacy instruction and classroom practices. That experience gave me a front-row seat to what really works—and what just sounds good on paper. I’m passionate about blending research-based best practices with activities that are hands-on, meaningful, and yes… actually fun. Learning should be engaging for students and manageable for teachers. These days, I spend my time providing professional development and on-site coaching for teachers around the world. Supporting educators as they grow their craft is truly my favorite work. I am a certified K–6 teacher with an ESL endorsement with a master’s degree in cross-cultural education. </blockquote>
