Our resources are designed to be practical, age-appropriate, and easy to use in special education classrooms, transition programs, and vocational settings. Our mission is to support student independence through age-appropriate transition instruction. We create practical resources that help learners build daily living, community, workplace, and self-management skills across digital literacy, financial literacy, career readiness, pre-vocational and work skills, ADLs, independent living, household skills, health and wellness, social communication, community skills, cooking/recipes, and leisure.
