Teaching ESL 101

About me: Welcome! I'm Teacher Peggy, passionate about teaching English to young ESL, EFL, and ESOL students. With over 15+ years of experience, I create an encouraging environment where we explore vocabulary, grammar, reading, and listening. Whether your young learners are beginners or somewhere in between, my decks engage and inspire. So let's help our children shine brighter than ever before! In addition to teaching English abroad for over 15 years in both classroom and online settings, I also teach my son English. These experiences give me a unique perspective on how children learn at different stages. I hold a bachelor's degree, a TESOL certificate, and a teaching license (Sufficiency of Teaching Foreign Languages—English, issued by the Ministry of National Education in Greece). I also hold the Certificate of Proficiency in English (ESOL Level 3) from the University of Cambridge. My teaching experience spans classroom, online, and home settings, allowing me to create adaptable, engaging, and effective resources. I've worked with children at every stage, from early phonics to national English exam preparation (PET and FCE), including mock interviews. Each Boom Card I design reflects my passion for helping young learners build strong English skills with confidence and joy.
