About me: I'm Paige, a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) with over 12 years of experience supporting students' communication development in both public schools and private clinical practice. I hold a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and proudly hold my Certificate of Clinical Competence, awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).Throughout my career, I've worked with students ranging from Pre-K through high school, giving me a deep, firsthand understanding of how language and communication skills develop across early childhood and adolescence. This broad clinical background allows me to design therapy materials that are thoughtfully appropriate and genuinely engaging for young learners.I create Boom™ Learning decks that target essential speech and language skills, including inferencing, vocabulary, describing, and categorization. My decks are designed to be flexible, making them suitable for a wide range of ages and ability levels, though they're especially geared toward younger students and students who need some extra individualized support building foundational language skills. Whether used in individual therapy sessions or small groups, my decks are crafted to be both clinically effective and genuinely fun, helping students build the language skills they need to succeed academically and socially.When I'm not developing new therapy materials, I enjoy finding creative, playful ways to make speech and language therapy more engaging, accessible, and enjoyable for both the clinicians who use my decks and the students I proudly serve every day.
