About me: <p>Bethany Coop is a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over two decades of experience advocating for children with significant developmental delays and their families. Her work blends deep clinical expertise with a lifelong commitment to equality, ethical practice, and access to care.</p> <p>A former advocate with Proud Young Americans for Truth and the founder of multiple ABA-focused organizations—including Over the Rainbow Behavioral Consulting and ClearPath Behavioral Solutions—Bethany has led efforts to expand services in rural communities and shape state policy. She played a key role in the passage of Colorado’s HB22-1260 and serves on the COABA Board of Directors.</p> <p>Bethany now focuses on creating practical, compassionate tools to support BCBAs, educators, and families alike.
