The Multisensory SLP

About me: <p>👋 Hi! I'm Hannah, a Speech-Language Pathologist and the creator behind <strong>The Multisensory SLP</strong>. I spent <strong>10 years </strong>working directly with learners-3 years in private practice and 7 years in public schools,, including experience providing Telehealth Services. I’ve worked with students from <strong>preschool through high school</strong>, including learners with high support needs, emerging communicators, and students using AAC.</p> <p>I design <strong>Boom decks</strong> for grades <strong>Pre-K through 8th</strong>, with a focus on:<br /> • social skills<br /> • core words &amp; AAC<br /> • literacy &amp; vocabulary<br /> • narrative skills</p> <p>I create with both <strong>neurodivergent</strong> and <strong>neurotypical</strong> learners in mind, and I build every deck to be accessible, interactive, and easy to use in mixed groups, whole group lessons, or 1:1 sessions.</p> <p>My professional training includes:<br /> • <strong>Social Thinking</strong><br /> • <b>LETRS </b>(Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling)<br /> • <strong>Stanley Greenspan: DIR/Floortime</strong><br /> • <strong>PROMPT</strong><br /> • <strong>Beckman Oral Motor</strong><br /> • Additional training in <strong>sensorimotor stage learning</strong> and developmental play</p> <p>My work has been recognized by fellow SLPs, special educators, and school teams who use my materials to support progress, independence, and carryover.
