About me: I am a school librarian in New York. I create activities focusing on library skills, such as identifying call numbers on fiction and nonfiction books, reviewing the Dewy Decimal System, and genres. I also tie in my lessons with other curriculum areas, so I have created decks focusing on ELA skills, such as synonyms and antonyms and filling in the blank with the correct word. I have many students with special needs, so some of my decks reinforce basic skills such as identifying colors or counting the number of objects of a certain color. We use BOOM Cards quite often in the library.
