About me: Welcome to my Boom Learning Store! I have been a dedicated paraeducator for over 20 years, working with students in Kindergarten through 5th grade in both general education and special education classrooms. Throughout my career, I have supported students with diverse learning needs, including children with autism, and have gained valuable experience adapting instruction to help every child succeed. I completed all of The Master Teacher's Paraeducator Online Training courses and continue to expand my knowledge through annual professional development. I also advanced through the Wichita Public Schools career ladder by earning continuing education credits. I believe that great educators never stop learning, and I strive to use current, research-based practices in the resources I create. My greatest passion is watching children learn. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing those exciting "lightbulb moments" when a new skill finally clicks. I love watching students grow in confidence as they realize, "I can do this!" That confidence often leads to a lifelong love of learning. Every Boom Card deck I create is inspired by my classroom experience and designed to be engaging, interactive, and easy to use. My goal is to provide educators, parents, therapists, and homeschool families with high-quality resources that make learning meaningful, build confidence, and help every child experience success while having fun.
