About me: <p>After teaching 7th grade science for 27 years I have learned that the vocabulary can be tough for students. With a little motivation and practice they can learn it. Once they have the vocabulary down it's onto the concepts. I created and used BOOM cards in my classroom last year, sometimes it was individual practice and other times I used them as a 5 minute time fillers at the end of the hour. Many students used these cards to practice on their own at home and were surprised at how much it helped their test scores. Wow studying can make a difference! I love that they are electronic and I can use the data to pinpoint areas of success and areas we need to spend more time on.</p>
