About me: <p>Quail Publishers was founded by Allison Hall, an educator, author, and publisher, who wanted to create high-quality supplementary educational resources for teachers and parents. Allison was the public relations officer for the Ministry of Education, Jamaica. She also worked for the Ministry as an education specialist in the publishing unit.
