About me: <p>I am a dedicated teacher with 37 years of experience and a passion for helping students reach their full potential. </p> <p>I hold a <strong>Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education</strong> and have worked across all educational levels—from kindergarten through adult programs. My teaching journey began in 1988 in kindergarten, followed by five years in middle school and another five in an adult education program before returning to the high school setting, where I currently teach.</p> <p>Since 1998, I have been instrumental in developing and implementing our <strong>Work Experience and Community-Based Instruction Program</strong> for high school students, preparing them with life and vocational skills to succeed beyond the classroom. In addition, I actively collaborate with parents, educators, and community partners to build a supportive and inclusive learning environment.</p> <p>Since 2020, I have also led efforts to <strong>convert our curriculum into digital formats</strong>, recognizing the need for accessible and adaptable materials for students with special needs. This initiative reflects my commitment to integrating technology to enhance learning and ensure that every student feels valued, capable, and empowered to achieve success.</p>
