About me: <p>I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and have 37 years of experience supporting students from kindergarten through adult programs. My passion is helping students who experience learning difficulties and supporting teachers in reaching every learner. Born in Costa Rica and raised bilingual, I am fluent in both English and Spanish.</p> <p>In 1998, I developed the Work Experience and Community-Based Instruction curriculum for our high school program, helping students build real-world and workplace readiness skills.</p> <p>Since 2020, I have been converting our curriculum into digital formats to better meet the needs of students with learning challenges. I create interactive materials that increase engagement and accessibility, and I actively collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff to ensure every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.</p>
