About me: When provided appropriate supports and encouragement, all abilities can acheive! https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/All-Abilities-Achieving ABOUT MY RESOURCES: My resources are mainly geared towards neurodivergent learners and are designed for supplementing curriculum and providing intervention, enrichment, or differentiation. The resources are also designed to support developmental areas such as social-emotional/behavior, communication/language, cognitive, independent functioning, and safety awareness, etc. in an interactive and engaging way. Decks can be implemented in whole group, small group, and 1:1 settings and access on a variety of preferred devices (Store Pen Name- Formerly Awesome Adventures in ASD). A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME: I am dual-certified in Elementary Education (K-6) and Exceptional Student Education (k-12) in two states (FL and NC), with a Reading Endorsement (K-12) and Autism Endorsement. I am working towards my ESOL Endorsement. I currently work in collaboration with families, teachers, and therapists to support students at a charter school serving students with Autism/Varying Exceptionalities as the Staffing Specialist/LEA Representative (facilitating IEP meetings, IEP compliance, guiding teams in developing plans that are responsive to individual student needs). I have 10+ years full time teaching experience (face to face and virtual learning environments) in the general education/inclusion, and self-contained/ESE classroom and separate ESE school settings. I have 16+ years experience in community settings/programs supporting individuals with unique/diverse learning abilities (children/teen/adult).
