About me: <p>🎉 <strong>Hi! I’m Nikka Jones!</strong> 🎉</p> <p>I’m a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist with a love for helping students of all ages—from Pre-K to 12th grade—find their voice and confidence. My journey into speech therapy wasn’t exactly traditional… I started with a <strong>Bachelor’s in English Literature (2017)</strong> and realized I wanted to help others communicate in a bigger way. That led me to a <strong>Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology (2018)</strong> and then a <strong>Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology (2021)</strong>.</p> <p>I hold <strong>CCC-SLP credentials from ASHA</strong> and am licensed to practice in <strong>GA, OH, and CA</strong>. Over the years, I’ve worked in <strong>clinics, schools, and teletherapy settings</strong>, gaining experience with a wide range of students. Now, I’m proud to run my own business, <strong>Connected Speech</strong>, specializing in <strong>teletherapy</strong> services.</p> <p>When I’m not creating therapy magic with my students, I’m crafting <strong>fun, effective materials for other SLPs</strong> here on Boom! My goal is to make your therapy sessions engaging, easy to prep, and impactful—so you can spend less time planning and more time helping your students shine.</p>
