About me: <p>I have been a school based SLP for the past 16 years. I currently work as an  as an Assitive Technology and UDL coach. I love my job and helping children succeed with their speech and language goals as well as helping them and their teachers find accommodations that help them become independent expert learners! Although our job as educators can be trying, I put my trust in Jesus knowing that I can count on him to help me help my kiddos even when the struggle gets overwhelming. I believe in the power of frequency and high repetition in order to meet numerous goals. Most of my cards/materials use multiple repetition and practice in order to help structure the activity and then increase chances of carry over due to the multiple repetitions.  I also believe there is always a way to find how to help a student through taking away the barriers in the learning environment.</p>
