Description: 💎Using WH cues, this deck will help foster sentence expansion with time and reason concepts- both receptive and expressive. I also used this to help students that get the answers to when and why questions mixed up when answering questions. 💎This deck contains 20 pictures/ 20 sentences. 💎10 of them are targeting Who + doing What + When (9.4 MLU average) 💎10 of them are targeting Who + doing What + Why (10.6 MLU average). 💎Finally, they both have the sentences in written form, mixed up, so the words can be put back together in the correct order under the picture cues. 💎Audio support is provided for all text (click the speakers). 💎 Use with students that have difficulty answering When and Why questions and/or mix them up! The receptive/expressive tasks are meant to be at the listening and speaking level for oral language and the Mixed up text is written language for reading. Who + doing what + When are sentences like this: They are raking leaves in the fall. Who + doing what + Why are sentences like this: He is drinking water because he is thirsty. My WH picture cue therapy program is color-coded because the picture cues are color-coded. Who- orange, What- brown, When- green, Why- blue. The color coding is used in this deck on the picture cues and on the boxes for the mixed-up sentences to make the sentence parts even more visual.
