Description: This deck introduces USA paper money. The cards are not randomized and introduce each bill first face up and then face down beginning with the one dollar bill and ending with the 100 dollar bill. When possible, I included both the new and old versions of the front side of the bills. For each card, students tap the image to hear the vocabulary term. They drag the box beneath to reveal the word. Last, they click the "next" arrow. NOTE: This deck doesn't check your students' vocabulary knowledge. This deck is meant to acquaint students with the phrase "a __ dollar bill", especially for online classrooms where teachers could not introduce the vocabulary in an in-person class. Encourage your students to: 1. Guess the word. 2. Click the photo to hear the word. 3. Repeat the word. 4. Move the box to reveal the sentence. 5. Click the next arrow. Step 4 should be omitted if your students are not reading in English yet. I know that the words, such as "FIVE DOLLARS" are included on the money, but I also included it in my box to make it easy to find. When it's not your first language, it can be hard to know WHICH words to look at. Be sure to click on the "related" tab to see what bundles this may be a part of. If you teach adult ESL, you've hit the jackpot with my store! It's devoted to materials created with adult ESL students in mind. Everything is also appropriate for upper secondary.
