Description: These Read and Reveal Boom Cards are a fun and effective way to have your students use their phonics knowledge to help them sound out short vowel CVC words. This deck includes 35 CVC word cards, allowing you to provide a mixed deck of short vowel words for your students to practice. Your students can practice up to 20 cards at one time. How to use the cards: Your students will touch and say the sound for each letter (audio support is included), then blend the sounds together to decode the word. After they feel comfortable with reading the word, they will drag the clothespins over to reveal two pictures. They will click on the picture that shows the word they read.
