Description: This activity is one that students can do on their own, from home. They could also do it in a classroom, from 6 feet away. Each slide will have a picture of an animal. Students will click on the rhythm that matches the name of the animal. (for example, bird would be a quarter note, whereas toucan would be two eighth notes) This game gives students immediate feedback about their answers. If they click the wrong answer, if will have them try again. If it is correct, it will allow them to move to the next slide. Make sure students are clicking present! There are 10 slides in this activity. These are level 4 rhythms, which include whole note, triplet, dotted eighth-sixteenth notes, and eighth-sixteenth note patterns. I use this in fifth grade music and middle school music. View terms of use: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1xgx0QDNpJNCccrMICfcplGTaS9myyXWWfBcyq_vqt2I/edit?usp=sharing
