Description: This Boom deck targets the social skill of maintaining and staying on topic. The deck could be used with Pre-K to early Elementary students working on conversational skills to help them to identify the best way to continue talking while maintaining the proposed initial topic. We have provided 25 different cards that are all fun and filled with cute and colorful clip art. We have even included a search and find movable objects feature on each card for added fun! They will be perfect for any student needing to work on topic maintenance! Instructions: 1. Read the thought bubble. 2. Decide which response out of a field of two is the best response for staying on the topic brought up in the thought bubble. Click the submit button to check for accuracy. 3. Write in or say out loud something else that would continue the conversation and would also maintain the current topic. 4. Find the movable objects on the page and have fun dragging them around! 5. Choose the next button to continue onto the next card or the previous button to go back to an earlier card.
