Description: This is like the game Sequence utilizing animal vocabulary for categorization. Animal words are (in order from top to bottom, left to right on the board): seahorse, lion, ladybug, snake, chick, zebra, fish, cat, rabbit, butterfly, cow, crab, snail, frog, spider, dinosaur, sheep, horse, grasshopper Wild cards not on the board: Dandelion and Caution or slippery. To Play: You can play with up to four students. Allow each child to choose their color. Click on their player number (ie Player One) and have that child pull one card from below the red card on the left. Then click Game for the child to choose which picture item he/she wants to cover that matches the picture he/she drew. Proceed to Player Two. Once all children have gone. The cards on the card mat get moved to the discard pile and each player will draw a new card. Play continues on until one child has four in a row. The free space gets covered by the first color to get a spot next to it (so if a player chooses the seahorse and is the first to be next to that free space he gets to put his color on both the seahorse and the free space). If a child draws a dandelion then he gets to remove another players chip from the game board. If a child draws a caution, slippery card then he gets to add his chip to any picture on the board.
