Description: This game targets vocabulary for homophones. Additional Web Wars games are available for phonological processes and individual phonemes are available in my Boom store. They share a web and compete for flies. Who will discover the most? Step 1: This is a 2-person game. Decide who will be Webster and who will be Lacy. Webster and Lacy will take turns going first on each card. Step 2: In alternating turns, formulate spoken sentences using the homophones to demonstrate comprehension as you select a picture and move it to the discard box at the bottom of the card. If you uncover a fly, move it to the corresponding box. There are only 3 flies per card. Once you've collected all 3, move on to the next card. Step 3: Play continues until the last card. Keep score as you go along, or use the "skip" button (instead of the "next" button) in order to go back and tally the total number of flies per player.
