Description
Use this activity to help students practice forming complex sentences by using the subordinating conjunction "even though." This deck includes 20 cards that are self-correcting. The students will be able to join two contrasting sentences together using the conjunction "even though," and learn that the action in the main clause is surprising, unusual, or unexpected.
